Hotel Groups: Host Every Property on a $4.50 cPanel VPS License (2026)

Hotel Groups: Host Every Property on a $4.50 cPanel VPS License (2026)

A twelve-property hotel group sat down in early November to publish holiday rates, New Year packages, and a reservations inbox for every inn. The control panel quote was the line that stalled the meeting. Five logins fit on an Admin seat at $35.99/month. Twelve logins jump to Pro at $53.99/month. Forty properties, the size of a regional collection, leave Pro’s 30-account ceiling and land on Premier at $69.99/month. On 16 December 2026 those public Store list prices move to $38.99, $58.99, and $76.99. The buildings are already on the books. The panel bill is the line that keeps growing.

Boutique hotels, inn groups, and the agencies that host them hit this every autumn. Each property needs its own reservations@ domain, its own SSL, and a holiday page the other inns cannot overwrite. The public Store prices that separation by the account cap. A cPanel VPS license from cPanelSave prices the server, with unlimited cPanel accounts on WHM.

What the Store list costs a hotel group this season

cPanel’s public Store list, in force through 15 December 2026, is easy to read and expensive once each property has its own account:

  • Solo — 1 account, $29.99/month, or $329.49 billed annually. It fits a single inn on its own server. Copying that pattern across a group multiplies the bill by the property count.
  • Admin — up to 5 accounts, $35.99/month, or $395.49 annually. A five-inn group is already at the ceiling. Property six forces an upgrade.
  • Pro — up to 30 accounts, $53.99/month, or $593.49 annually. This is the seat most groups of 8 to 20 properties get pushed into.
  • Premier — 100 accounts, $69.99/month, then $0.49 for each account past 100. On bare metal the Store sells Premier Metal at the same $69.99, because Solo, Admin, and Pro are cloud-only.

From 16 December 2026 the announced list is Solo $32.99, Admin $38.99, Pro $58.99, Premier $76.99, and $0.55 per account over 100. The step applies to new orders and to existing Store licenses. A holiday invoice dated after that day uses the new list.

Twelve properties on monthly Pro cost $53.99 every month, $647.88 across a year. Forty properties miss the 30-account cap and pay Premier at $69.99, $839.88 over twelve drafts, before the December step. One hundred twenty properties pay $69.99 plus 20 × $0.49 = $79.79/month now, and $87.99/month after 16 December. Those figures are the panel only.

Thanksgiving 2026 is 26 November, and holiday-rate searches start earlier. Compare plans and get your license before those pages go live: VPS is $4.50/month, dedicated is $8.00/month.

The cPanel VPS license that keeps every property separate

cPanelSave sells reseller-style WHM licensing with unlimited cPanel accounts. One cPanel VPS license is $4.50/month on a VPS, VDS, or cloud server. A bare-metal box uses the dedicated license at $8.00/month. You still run WHM. Each hotel gets its own cPanel user, its own mail, its own SSL, and its own document root. cPanelSave provides the license and its own support. This is reseller licensing, and manufacturer-direct support is a separate relationship. The company has issued this style of license since 2017, with direct updates, stable activations, and 24/7 support.

License the cloud box at $4.50 and the metal at $8. Add CloudLinux at $4.00/month when one booking engine should stay inside its own limits, and add LiteSpeed from the plans page when rate calendars need to feel fast. The same cap shows up for a restaurant group paying per location and a brokerage paying per agent. The fixed license also covers winter package microsites for each inn.

Start saving today: activate a reseller-style license with unlimited accounts for every property. One WHM, one low monthly price, a separate login for each front desk.

What stays in place after you activate

Operators stay when the panel still updates on a Friday before a sold-out weekend:

  • Unlimited cPanel accounts on WHM, so a new inn is another user on the server you already pay for.
  • Direct updates on the licensed server, so the build stays current through the busy season.
  • Stable activations tied to the server IP you submit. Moving a property to a larger VPS is an IP update in the client area.
  • 24/7 support from cPanelSave for activation and license trouble. Support stays with cPanelSave.
  • Instant activation from the client area after checkout. Hosts apply the license and keep the sites already on the server.
  • A vendor guests’ IT contacts can look up: cPanelSave has sold licenses since 2017.

The cheap cPanel license buyer’s guide and the notes on a separate cPanel login per client walk through the same choice: separate accounts, fixed license cost.

ROI: twelve inns, forty properties, a five-server fleet

Compare today’s Store list with a cPanel VPS license at $4.50, or the dedicated license at $8.00 when the box is bare metal. These lines are licenses only. Bandwidth, hardware, and labor stay in your own budget.

  • 12 properties on one cloud server. Pro is $53.99 against $4.50, so you keep $49.49 every month ($593.88 a year on monthly billing). The Store’s annual Pro price is $593.49, still about $539 more than $54 for a year at $4.50. After 16 December, monthly Pro at $58.99 widens the gap to $54.49/month.
  • 40 properties. Pro stops at 30, so the Store path is Premier at $69.99, rising to $76.99. Against $4.50 that is $65.49/month now ($785.88/year) and $72.49/month after the hike ($869.88/year).
  • 120 properties on dedicated metal. Premier plus 20 overage accounts is $79.79 today and $87.99 after 16 December. The dedicated license is $8.00. Savings are $71.79/month now and $79.99/month on the new list. Five years of today’s gap is more than $4,300 on a single server, before the hike.
  • Five regional cloud nodes, each under 30 properties, so a Store buyer would place Pro on every node: 5 × $53.99 = $269.95/month. Five licenses at $4.50 are $22.50/month. The difference is $247.45/month, or $2,969.40 a year. After the hike, five Pro seats at $58.99 cost $294.95, and the same five licenses still cost $22.50.
  • Solo copied per property. Twelve Solo seats at $29.99 are $359.88/month. One unlimited WHM on a single VPS replaces that pattern for $4.50 when the inns can share a server. Separate servers are a hardware choice, and each extra cloud node is another $4.50.

The 16 December list-price step is already public. Metal buyers can read why bare metal can run at $8, and groups adding a holiday node can use the same approach as short-term overflow servers.

Get your license at the price that matches the hardware: $4.50/month on VPS and $8.00/month on dedicated. Review the full license list when you also want CloudLinux beside the panel.

How to buy and activate before holiday pages go up

Activate now in four steps. The last one lands in the client area, where the license is issued.

  1. Compare plans on the cPanelSave plans page. Choose the VPS license at $4.50 when the hotels live on a cloud server. Choose dedicated at $8.00 for bare metal. Add CloudLinux at $4.00 when many properties share one OS.
  2. Confirm the machine is a VPS or a dedicated server, and copy the main IP. The license binds to that IP. Sales are non-refundable, so this check belongs before payment.
  3. Open the client area, create the order, and complete checkout. Activation details show in the panel when the order clears.
  4. Apply the license on the server you already run. Sites, mail, and DNS stay where they are. When the IP is new because a property is leaving shared hosting, cut DNS over after mail and SSL look right. Questions go to 24/7 license support.

Policy details are on the license FAQ and the hosting license blog. Confirm VPS versus dedicated before you pay.

FAQ for hotel operators and the hosts who serve them

Is a cPanel VPS license stable enough for a live booking site?

Yes, when the license stays activated and the server receives updates. Hosting companies run these licenses on production VPS and dedicated servers, and cPanelSave has sold them since 2017, with stable activations and direct updates. Support covers activation and licensing. Manufacturer-direct support is separate and is not included. A downed property site is a server issue. A license that will not activate is a case for our support.

Will panel updates still install?

Direct updates are part of the license. After activation you use the normal update path on the server, and the build keeps moving on the usual schedule.

What is the refund policy if I pick the wrong product?

Licenses bought on cPanelSave are non-refundable. Match the product to the machine before checkout. A cloud server takes the $4.50 VPS license. A bare-metal server takes the $8.00 dedicated license. If the machine type is unclear, ask on the contact page before you pay. The FAQ states the same rule.

Should a hotel group buy the VPS license or the dedicated license?

Match the license to the hardware. A cPanel VPS license at $4.50/month covers VPS, VDS, and cloud instances. The dedicated license at $8.00/month covers bare metal. On the public Store, a dedicated server is Premier Metal at $69.99, moving to $76.99 on 16 December 2026, because Solo, Admin, and Pro are cloud-only. The dedicated license at $8.00 includes unlimited accounts on that metal server.

Can I add the next inn without a tier change?

Yes. The reseller-style WHM license includes unlimited cPanel accounts, including past the Store caps of 5, 30, and 100, with no $0.49 or $0.55 overage. The practical limits are CPU, RAM, and disk on the server you rent. When a node fills up, you add another server and another cPanel VPS license at $4.50, which is the fleet math above. CloudLinux at $4.00/month is the usual add-on when many properties share one VPS and you want clearer resource limits. Product details are on the plans page.

Put the holiday sites on a fixed license this week

Holiday rate pages have a date on them. Twelve properties on monthly Pro already cost about $594 a year more than a $4.50 license. Forty properties on Premier cost about $786 more this year, and more after 16 December. A five-node regional fleet on Pro seats is nearly $3,000 a year above five licenses at $4.50.

Activate now. Compare plans, then get your license in the client area — $4.50/month for every cloud server and $8.00/month for bare metal, with unlimited accounts so the next property is a cPanel user on the server you already run.
